The concept "conflict" is characterised by exclusive width of the maintenance and used in various values. In the most general image the conflict can be defined as "a limiting aggravation of contradictions". Psychologists also underline, that such it is difficult the contradiction is connected with sharp emotional experiences.
In the special literature conflicts are considered at social, socially-psychological or psychological levels which are dialectically connected with each other. More low we will speak about conflicts in the socially-psychological plan. On the basis of the analysis of the big number domestic and for - N.V.Grishina's works suggests to define the socially-psychological conflict as arising and proceeding in sphere of dialogue the collision caused inconsistent aiming - ways of behaviour, installations of people, in the conditions of their aspiration to achievement of any purposes. Defining in an origin of conflicts the corresponding combination of objective and subjective factors acts. The factors objectively causing occurrence of conflicts, are interpreted as some set of the objective parametres causing an objective disputed condition of system of interpersonal interaction. Essential dependence of the conflict on an external context in which the given conflict arises is thus underlined also and develops. As the important component of this context is called the socially-psychological environment, (various social groups with their specific features), understood widely enough and not limited only the nearest environment of the person. Defining role in perception the person of a conflictness of a situation the subjective importance of the contradiction underlying the conflict, or that plays "personal sense" which this contradiction has for the given individual. This personal sense is defined by all individual life experience of the person, is more exact - such characteristics of its person, as valuable orientations and motivation. The moment of comprehension of a situation as disputed is connected also with excess of an individual threshold of tolerance. This universal psychological mechanism of occurrence of conflicts does not exclude possibility of the subsequent multi-variant approach in conflict situation development. The socioeconomic structure role in formation of a socially-psychological climate of a work collective is very important. According to it the most significant factors defining finally character of interpersonal mutual relations in collective, set of public relations of the given society, its social and economic structure, and, as consequence, the maintenance of public consciousness are. The given factor determines interpersonal relations both at level of the basic work collective, and at level of all its structural divisions, up to primary collective. However this determination at level of separate work collectives cannot carry rigid character. So, possibility of discrepancy of lines of concrete structure of relations at the separate enterprises with characteristic for all society as a whole mutual understanding relations is marked.
