| Dialogue - set of communications and interference of people developing in their joint activity. It assumes some result - change of behaviour and activity of other people. Each person carries out a certain role in a society. Plurality of role positions quite often generates their collision - role conflicts. In some situations the antagonism of positions reflecting presence of mutually exclusive values, problems is found out and is more whole, that sometimes turns around the interpersonal conflict.
